Eddie Stobart obtains £15million CEMEX UK contract

Eddie Stobart, a leading supply chain, transport and logistics company, has been awarded a £15 million contract by cement company CEMEX UK. The contract is set to start March 2018, which will see Eddie Stobart provide a fleet of vehicles for the delivery of CEMEX's cement products across the UK.
“We’re thrilled to have been awarded this contract from CEMEX UK and look forward to working alongside the business to enhance its distribution and supply chain," said Alex Laffey, CEO of Eddie Stobart. "This win further underlines our commitment to the manufacturing, industrial and bulk sector.”
A digital platform will be available to CEMEX UK, leading to improved customer service through improved visibility and control of deliveries.
