Infographic: the Skyonic SkyMine®

Skyonic Corporation's Capitol SkyMine will officially open on 21st October, marking a special day for both the CCUS industry and the cement industry. The US$125 million commercial-scale carbon capture and utilisation project is the first of its kind worldwide and has a total carbon impact of 300 000 tpa. The plant will directly capture 75 000 tpa of CO₂ and transform it into solid, usable products, such as baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), bleach and hydrochloric acid (HCl).
