The International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) has granted Cobalt Chains, of East Peoria, Illinois, ISO 9001:2015 certification.
ISO, whose standards are designed to upkeep the quality of products and services, has awarded Cobalt Chains their flagship award, 9001, that is based on continuous improvement and meeting the requirements of customers.
First earning certification under the ISO 9001:2008 standard in December, 2016, Cobalt quickly adopted the practices and procedures recommended to meet the most recent accreditation during the company’s annual audit, performed by IsoTec Alliance, LLC.
Its commitment to ISO standards allows Cobalt to ensure that every practice, process, and procedure is designed to enhance customer satisfaction and prompt continuous improvement.
