TPI Polene joins World Cement Association

TPI Polene, Thailand’s leading cement producer has joined the World Cement Association (WCA) as a founding corporate member. The WCA represents more than 1 billion tpy of cement production globally.

“With TPI Polene, we are welcoming a company strongly committed to the improvement of society, public well-being, and the environment in our international community,” said Norman Greig, Secretary General of the WCA. “We look forward to working together to promote and strengthen the goals of the global cement industry.”

TPI Polene Company Ltd was founded in 1987 and today has production capacity of 13 million tpy. The organisation operates in the cement, construction materials, and plastic industries internationally.

“We are very proud that TPI will become a member of the largest international cement association and believe WCA will help solve industry problems as well as contribute to building a better environment,” said Prachai Leophairatana, CEO at TPI Polene.
