ABB have announced the release of the latest version of its knowledge manager software, which has helped mining and cement customers around the world improve the performance of their operations and equipment, as well as the safety of their onsite personnel for decades.
The latest version, ABB AbilityTM Knowledge Manager 9.0, incorporates digital capabilities and technology to provide mining and cement industry customers with the ability to easily view, analyse, and act upon critical process data from any mobile device.
Since its release in 1996, many installations have utilised the system due to its simplification of production management, and performance monitoring functions, as well as statistical production and analysis tools.
