Customer focused training solutions in Argentina

World Cement,
Sandvik have invested heavily in operator training, holding courses throughout the world. One of the latest training programs was held recently in Argentina for owners and operators of cone crushers.
No matter how good the cone crushers are if operators aren’t fully trained to use the equipment to its full potential, or undertake on-the-spot maintenance, the investment in the equipment will not be maximised.
As part of the company’s continuing partnership approach in working with customers to get the most from their equipment, a training program was held on the 12th and 13th August in Cordoba, Argentina. This was specifically focused on the maintenance and operation of the CH420 to CH660 series of Sandvik cone crushers.
The program was conducted by Sandvik’s cone crusher specialist, Roney Eden, who travelled to Argentina from Sweden. Over two days of intense work, the 30 plus service and operational heads from quarrying, surface mining and construction companies from Olavarria and Cordoba, undertook a variety of courses.
