Cemvision joins forces with Linotol in a new multi-year partnership to bring a jointly developed, near-zero-carbon industrial flooring product to market.
The industrial floor offering combines Linotol's expertise in high-specification industrial floors with Cemvision's Re-ment Massive – a near-zero-carbon cement made from industrial residues – and is engineered to achieve the highest sustainability classification available for such applications in Sweden.
"Industrial flooring has lacked a credible near-zero alternative – until now," said Oscar Hållén, CEO of Cemvision. "Together with Linotol, we are putting a complete, certified floor solution on the market that developers building the logistics hubs and data centres of tomorrow can specify with confidence."
"There is a growing demand among our customers to further reduce climate impact without introducing technical risk. said Wiktor Holstenson, Deputy CEO at Linotol. This partnership makes it possible to meet this request in a new way and take the product development to the next level, using a near-zero cement that has proven to work very well within established workflows for industrial flooring."
The partnership follows a joint development programme over the past year that culminated in a successful 1000 m² casting completed in late 2025 with the real estate company Stendörren and the contractor Norra Stockholm Bygg, in which Re-ment Massive performed on par with conventional alternatives, using standard equipment and workflows.
Industrial flooring is a core component in logistics hubs, warehouses, and data centres – sectors experiencing rapid growth across Europe driven by digitalisation, electrification, and AI-led infrastructure investment. The Cemvision–Linotol solution positions both companies at the forefront of this transition.
The agreement follows a series of commercial milestones for Cemvision, including a signed supply agreement with Vattenfall and a Memorandum of Understanding with Mannok (Çimsa Group).
"We are happy to add Linotol to our growing portfolio of industry leaders along the value chain who, after testing and validation, place their trust in our technology and our ability to deliver at scale.," said Oscar Hållén.
