Kendall Group UK acquired by LafargeHolcim

LafargeHolcim has acquired The Kendall Group, a leading aggregates and ready-mix concrete manufacturer, with net sales of CHF 33 million, based in the south of England.
“The Kendall Group is a successful business with a strong record of performance, good reputation and passionate people and is highly complementary to our existing operations in the U," said Jan Jenisch, Group CEO of LafargeHolcim. "We welcome our new colleagues to the Group and look forward to further developing our business in the UK together.”
The new business will be managed by LafargeHolcim’s subsidiary Aggregate Industries expanding its operations in the South of England. The region where Kendall is active is expected to benefit from above national average growth, especially in the housing segment.
