Fives FCB wins contract to supply equipment to the Rezina cement plant
Imsat Ceprocim Engineering Company, part of the SNEF group, has awarded a contract to Fives FCB for the supply of a TSVTM 3000 HF type dynamic classifier and a water injection system to equip an existing ball mill at the Rezina cement plant in Moldavia (Lafarge Group).
The three ball mills at the cement plant are currently operating in open circuit. The equipment supplied by Fives FCB will allow the plant to enhance the quality of the cement as well as producing some new, high quality cement types. A conversion to close circuit operation in one of the ball mills will also ensure substantial electrical energy savings.
