New order for Gebr. Pfeiffer SE in Iraqi Kurdistan

Gebr. Pfeiffer SE has won an order to provide an MPS 5000 B for a grinding plant in Kurdistan. The order came via Sinoma (Suzhou) Construction Co. Ltd, which is acting as General Contractor for this project. The plant is in the region of Sulaymaniya; this will be the fifth consecutive order for an MPS 5000 B for this plant.
The vertical roller mill is designed to produce 500 tph of cement raw material at a fineness of 10% R 80 µm and will be equipped with a 4000 kW gear unit. Gebr. Pfeiffer SE will be responsible for providing the core components for the grinding plant, together with the engineering services to enable local manufacture of mill components and supervision of manufacture at Chinese workshops.
