Holcim (Colombia) S.A. was certified once again by the Edge Certified Foundation in gender equality matters. The Edge Certified Foundation granted the company the Move certification, keeping Holcim as the only construction sector firm with this certification.
The Edge Move Certification awarded to Holcim will be valid between January 28 of 2018 and January 27 2020. The results of this assessment featured substantial improvements with respect to the previous one and showed strong gender balance achievements in terms of talent management, solid policies, and practices as well as an inclusive organisational culture where the commitment levels of men and women are paramount.
“Being granted this certification is certainly an honour, in terms not only of our own company, but also of a nation that thinks, works, and acts in order to close the gender gap”. said Eunice Herrera, Head of Corporate Affairs for HHRR of Holcim (Colombia) S.A. “It is something that ultimately brings more growth and development”.
