World Cement,
Construction is continuing at the Tula cement plant’s new production line with commissioning of the FCB Horomill for raw meal grinding and the FCB Kiln. This following the commissioning of the first and second FCB Horomills for cement grinding in December 2016 and January 2017, respectively.
Fives were awarded the contract to design, supply, erect, and commission a new complete 3300 tpd production line at the Tula plant in May 2015. The project features a pyroprocessing line including an FCB Kiln, FCB Zero-NOx Preca, FCB Preheater and Pillard NovaFlam. Cement and raw meal grinding will be done using FCB Horomills and associated FCB TSV classifiers, while a FCB B-mill with TSV classifier will be installed for petcoke grinding.
Fives delivered the first 1500 tpd production line at the Tula plant in 2006. First clinker was produced at the plant in December 2007, with first cement following in January 2006.
