ASV Holdings Inc., a provider of rubber-tracked compact truck loaders and wheeled skid steel loaders in the compact construction equipment market, has announced that it has entered into a dealer agreement with Rish Equipment, an equipment distributor. ASV products will be distributed in each of the company’s 14 locations, and initial deliveries are planned to begin in 2H19.
ASV will provide Rish Equipment with its full line of compact truck loaders, featuring the company’s proprietary and unique Posi-Track undercarriage system, which represents the dealer’s entrance into this market.
“We are excited to announced our partnership with Rish Equipment, a historic tier one equipment dealer that offers new, used, and rental equipment in each of its 14 locations” said Justin Rupar, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at ASV Holdings. “It shares our vision, with its mantra being to provide excellent service support with an extensive parts inventory, trained service personnel, and mobile and onsite service to eliminate travel and minimise downtime. We have long prided ourselves on having maintenance-free machines and look forward to growing our business together with Rish, and helping it to become a leading ASV distributor.”
