McLanahan Corporation purchases Eagle Iron Works
McLanahan Corporation has officially announced the acquisition of Eagle Iron Works’ assets, following completion of the purchase on 30 November 2012. Eagle Iron Works, which is located in Des Moines, Iowa, offers washing and beneficiating equipment, such as sand classifying tanks, log washers and screw washers. It has been operating in the construction and aggregate sectors since its establishment in 1872.
The company will continue to provide Eagle Iron Works equipment and supply parts. It will also continue to operate from Iowa, maintaining its own market identity. US-based McLanahan also has sites in the UK and Australia, serving several industries worldwide through its custom engineered processing solutions.
