CEMEX supplies concrete to Miami residential development

CEMEX US is supplying ready-mixed concrete to the new Turnberry Ocean Club Residence, a luxury residential development in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.
The company has already completed the initial pour of the 9000 yd3 mat foundation with an additional 71 000 yd3 of ready-mixed concrete to be supplied through the construction project.
In total, CEMEX will provide almost 20 different speciality mixes for the structure to meet building specifications. The project is expected to be completed in late 2019.
When complete, the Turnberry Ocean Club with feature 154 residences, as well as 70 000 ft2 of private state-of-art amenities, including a three-story US$100 million Sky Club, located 100 ft above sea level.
