Total US construction spending stood at US$943.1 billion in January 2014, a 9.3% y/y increase from US$863.1 billion recorded in the same month a year earlier.

Companies bid for greenfield cement plant contract in Bolivia
Nine companies have responded to Ecebol’s tender for the construction of a cement plant in Oruro. With a clinker capacity of 3000 tpd and a cement production capacity of some 1.3 million tpa, the plant will help to meet local demand in Bolivia.
