For more than 20 years the Dow Jones Sustainability Index has evaluated companies from 58 economic sectors and 27 countries based on sustainability criteria, awarding a distinction to those that carry out an outstanding and integral management of their businesses. Since its inception, it has contributed to the consolidation of a strategic vision around sustainable development, becoming a reference for markets and investors globally. This year 3467 companies were invited to participate, which represents an increase of 19% (238 new companies) over the previous year.
