We may be just beginning to emerge from the recession, but the prospects for cement and concrete are incredibly positive.” He also commented that shifting the association’s leadership from Skokie to Washington will allow for a greater scope of involvement in advocacy and government affairs. However, he reinforced the importance of national and local promotion initiatives and the association’s involvement in driving gains in market share and size.
