PCA appoint new group vice president
The Portland Cement Association (PCA) has announced the appointment of Edward Sullivan to the position of group vice president in addition to his role as chief economist.
As well as his current responsibilities as the head of market intelligence, Sullivan will oversee the activities of the Association's communications, research and technical services and market development divisions,
Since joining PCA in 2002, Sullivan has been lauded numerous times by the Chicago Federal Reserve for his forecast accuracy and, In 2007, Concrete Construction honored Sullivan as one of its ‘Ten Most Influential People in the Concrete Industry’.
