MSHA issues safety alert on machinery

Use of best practices in the latest Safety Alert from NSSGA can help reduce injuries related to using machinery. These types of injuries were the fourth most-common ones in the aggregates industry in 2014.
NSSGA, in collaboration MSHA Alliance, has produced several of these alerts since October 2015, including avoiding slips, trips and falls and handling materials safely to reduce injuries.
