Cementos Argos, Grupo Argos’ cement company, was included for the fourteenth consecutive year in the Dow Jones Best-in-Class (DJ BIC) MILA Pacific Alliance Index, an index that highlights companies with the strongest sustainability performance compared with most of their peers in the construction materials industry.

Cementos Argos’ inclusion in this index reflects one of the pillars of the SPRINT programme: strengthening the stock’s visibility and deepening its liquidity through inclusion in market-relevant indexes.

It also adds to the results obtained by the company in S&P Global’s Corporate Sustainability Assessment 2025, in which it achieved a score of 86 points out of 100. This performance also enabled it to be included, for the second consecutive year, in the Top 1% category of the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2026.

“The inclusion of Cementos Argos in the Dow Jones Best-in-Class MILA Pacific Alliance Index and its continued presence in the Top 1% category of the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2026 reflect management in which sustainability is connected to value creation. For our investors, this recognition reaffirms the importance of integrating environmental, social, and governance criteria into the company’s long-term strategy,” said Natalia Ochoa, Vice President of Corporate Finance at Cementos Argos.
