Moreau holds a bachelor of science degree in business/pre-law from Juniata College. He also holds certificates of achievement from the Georgia Institute of Technology and University of Virginia-Darden School of Management. Moreau has also participated in numerous industry organisations and intends to continue his involvement.
Moreau is to succeed Guy Edwards, who was recently appointed CEO of Aggregate Industries in the UK.
“Jay has a proven track record in this industry and his expertise and strong focus on commercial growth and operational excellence will be valued contributions to LafargeHolcim in the US,” said René Thibault, Group Executive Committee Member and Region Head of LafargeHolcim North America. “Having started his career in commercial roles, we know he will bring strong leadership to the organisation and drive continued growth across our US business.”
