Cementos Argos ranked as a top one hundred company by the Vigeo Eiris ranking

For its fourth consecutive year, Cementos Argos has been ranked as a top 100 company in the world for its performance in sustainability. The company was selected due to its social, environmental, and corporate governance practices. For the 2018 rankings, Vigeo Eiris evaluated 330 indicators from 855 companies in 17 countries, representing 22 sectors.
The ranking is recognition of the company’s effort and commitment to the management of its impact, innovation, and continuous search to improve its processes in order to respond to market needs and global challenges.
Vigeo Eiris publishes its annual ranking based on the evaluation of 38 criteria and more than 330 indicators. It is used as one of the most important benchmarks in the market. Created in 1993, it investigates and evaluates companies from around the world on their environmental, corporate governance, and social practices.
