Stratus Technologies Inc has announced that it is sponsoring the 25th annual Rockwell Automation Fair, which is being held at the Georgia World Congress Centre on 9 – 10 November 2016.
“We are excited to be sponsoring the Rockwell Automation Fair again this year,” says EJ Schmidt, Vice President, Global and Corporate Marketing, Stratus Technologies. “The event is particularly timely for us as it coincides with the launch of our global Modernise Automation campaign. Aging operational technology (OT) infrastructure compels industrial companies to modernise their automation environment in order to increase plant efficiencies, benefit from application consolidation and provide higher returns on assets. With greater dependency on applications such as SCADA, HMI, Historian and MES, the elimination of unplanned downtime becomes even more critical, making risk-free virtualisation with Stratus an imperative for successful deployments.”
