Founded in 1964, the North American company manufactures conveyor belts for industrial applications, such as cement plants, paper mills and storage warehouses, at its modern production facilities in Halstead.

The purchase allows ContiTech to expand its product range, especially in areas such as silicone belts, flat belts and lightweight belts.
