CRH announces two retirements

As part of the Board of Director’s planned renewal process, CRH has announced that Bill Egan and Utz-Hellmuth Felcht will step down from the Board at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting, which is due to take place on 28 April 2016.
Commenting on the retirements, Mr. Nicky Hartery, Chairman of CRH, said:
"On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Bill and Utz for their commitment and great service to CRH over many years and wish them both every success in the future."
CRH have also announced the co-option of Mr. William J. Teuber Jr. to the Board as a non-executive Director, effective from 3 March 2016.
