Cimpor appoints a new board member

Cimpor has announced that Armando Sérgio Antunes da Silva has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors, following the resignation of Nélson Tambelini Júnior.
Additionally, given that Nélson Tambelini Júnior was also member of the Executive Committee, Armando Sérgio Antunes da Silva has also been nominated to the Executive Committee.
Therefore the Executive Committee is made up of:
- Ricardo Fonseca de Mendonça Lima, as CEO;
- Paulo Sérgio de Oliveira Diniz, as CFO;
- Armando Sérgio Antunes da Silva.
