CEMEX completes deployment of CEMEX Go

CEMEX has announced that it has completed the deployment of its CEMEX Go platform worldwide, stating that it has set the foundation for a higher standard of customer service in the global building materials industry. The company is committed to developing innovative products and cutting-edge solutions proactively, to help fulfil its customers’ business needs. CEMEX Go supports the company’s focus on customer-centric innovation and improvement.
The system was rolled out in the US in 2017 and was quickly adopted. Currently almost 6000 of CEMEX’s US customers are using CEMEX Go, and the platform has a nationwide adoption rate of 36%. Each month, CEMEX Go has more than 12 000 active users in the US.
Globally, the platform is now available in 21 countries; 96% of the company’s total recurring customers are using CEMEX Go; 45% of the company’s total global sales are process through the platform; more than 500 000 payments are completed through the platform on a yearly basis; and 1.5 million deliveries are made using the platform on a yearly basis.
CEMEX Go is a digital solution that automates order-to-cash workflows, enabling the purchase of products, tracking of deliveries, and managing of orders in real time. The platform is transforming the role of the company’s salesforce, allowing it to dedicate more time to better serving customers.
