C&W DustTech promotes Steve Duncan to Chief Operating Officer/General Manager

Following Duncan’s promotion to C&W’s Chief Operating Officer in 2019, he has played a critical role in both day-to-day operations and strategic planning. In partnership with C&W president, Bill Werra, Duncan will play a key role in executing against a short- and long-term strategic action plan to accelerate the company’s growth. This plan includes the expansion of C&W’s manufacturing facility, the integration of capital equipment to expand the company’s manufacturing capabilities and the identification of opportunities for organic growth.

In this expanded leadership role, Duncan will supervise departments including Operations, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Production Control, Quality, Logistics, Engineering and now Sales. He will work closely with Werra and Alex Ruiz, C&W’s National Sales Manager, to build deeper relationships with the company’s growing network of channel partners and customers.

Steve is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington.
