AUMUND Fördertechnik appoints new MD

AUMUND Fördertechnik has appointed Jens Müller as Managing Director, alongside current Managing Director, Robert Gruss, and President, Franz-W Aumund. Müller will be responsible for finance, IT, HR, general administration, purchasing and production.
Müller takes over the role from Andreas Klottka, a Managing Director at parent company, AUMUND Holding B.V., who had been appointed on an interim basis, following the early retirement of Dr Volker Brandenburg.
After graduating in economics, Müller began his career at accountancy firm, Ernst & Young in Hamburg. Since then, he has held positions at Körber AG Holding, and the Managing Director role at Richter-Helm BioLogics and DiaExport.
AUMUND Fördertechnik manufactures transport and storage equipment for difficult bulk materials. The company has been active in the cement industry for around 50 years, when it installed the first apron feeder for clinker transport.
