New particle sizer picks up award
During the annual Eurolab trade fair in Warsaw, FRITSCH’s new particle sizer, the ANALYSETTE 28 ImageSizer, received an award in the ‘Laboratory Measuring Technology’ category of the 'Best Products' competition. The competition jury was made up of professors from the University of Technology (Institute for Chemistry) in Warsaw, led by Profesor Dr Hab. Jerzy Golimowski.
The new ANALYSETTE 28 ImageSizer is the ideal instrument for analysis of particle shape and size for dry, free flowing powders and bulk solids in a measuring range of 20 µm to 20 mm. The optical analysis of particle shape and particle size means that damaged particles, contaminates, agglomerates and oversized or undersized particles are identified accurately and quickly and can be viewed as single images. The measuring time is under five minutes, depending on the sample quantity, and the result is available immediately. The ANALYSETTE 28 ImageSizer is highly suited for quality control, as well as for research and for laboratory tasks – and it is the fast alternative to sieving. It provides high flexibility in a wide range of measuring tasks and at an impressive price-performance ratio.
