Aggregate Industries has designed new Point of Sale materials for its Lafarge Cement range to help support its merchant stockists drive sales, following 18 months of product innovation to extend its range of packed products.
The new Lafarge Cement pallet hood sits neatly over a pallet displaying bags of cement. It is clearly branded Lafarge and features the Aggregate Industries logo; the eye-catching hood ensures the product is kept neat and tidy. The design showcases a picture of each of the packed products in the Lafarge Cement range, meaning it can be used to display products from across the portfolio.
The strapline, ‘bag after bag after bag’ is a nod to Lafarge’s commitment to quality and reliability and, made from corex, the displays are weatherproof, meaning they can be used inside the merchant’s, or out in the yard with the plastic packed products in the range.
Jeremy Lee, Sales Director for Aggregate Industries, comments: “Through continual research and development with builders and builders’ merchants, Lafarge Cement has an unrivalled track record for customer focused innovation in cement products.
“Since joining the Aggregate Industries business, the brand has gone from strength-to-strength. 2017 is a celebratory year for the business: our Cauldon plant in Staffordshire celebrated its 60th anniversary, a number of new packed product innovations have been introduced into our portfolio, and this month, we begin our roll out of brand new point of sale materials to better support our merchant partners.
“Historically, we’ve only offered a vinyl banner in terms of point of sale but we wanted to introduce something new that worked harder for merchants, ensuring our fast-growing portfolio of products would be displayed neatly in a visually appealing way, whatever the weather, as well as helping us to reinforce the credibility of the Lafarge offering. Our new pallet hoods will do just this. We’re producing 100 initially, which are available on request, and we look forward to seeing them in situ over the coming weeks and months.”
