World Cement,
Starlinger & Co. Ges.m.b.H. will present the latest model of its RX loom series, the RX 6.1, at Chinaplas 2016.
Together with the other RX models, the RX 6.1 ranks among the looms with the lowest production cost per fabric meter as it has an IQ of more than 200 along with a high production efficiency.
Designed for light to medium-weight fabric made of polypropylene and HDPE tapes, the RX 6.1 circular loom can also process polyester tapes. With a production speed of 920 picks/minute and working widths from 850 mm to 1300 mm double flat it is the perfect addition to the models RX 6.0 (for lightweight tubular fabrics and normal sack widths) and RX 8.0 (for heavy, high-strength fabrics and big bags). The weaving process is completely oil-free, which ensures optimum coating adhesion and makes the produced sacks safe for food packaging. Due to the greater working widths also flat fabric for tubed multi-layer sacks can be produced on the RX 6.1.
