AUMUND Fördertechnik appoints new MD Technology

Reiner Furthmann has been appointed Managing Director Technology at AUMUND Fördertechnik. Furthmann took up the role on 1 March 2018.
Furthmann is an AUMUND veteran, having joined the company in 1984. He was previously the company’s Technical Director. In his new role, Furthmann’s responsibilities will include AUMUND’s R&D, design and engineering, quality assurance, and production, as well as materials management and purchasing.
Based in Rheinberg, Germany, AUMUND Fördertechnik is part of AUMUND Group, a specialist equipment manufacturer in the field of bulk materials handling. In addition to Europe, the company is active globally with locations in Asia, North and South America.
