Clarcor Industrial Air launches new UAS® Modular Industrial Baghouse series

World Cement,

Clarcor Industrial Air has introduced the UAS Modular Industrial Baghouse (MIB), a series of dust collector products that provide safe and effective solutions for food, chemical, bulk powder cement processing and many other common applications. The introduction of the MIB series both expands and complements our breadth of UAS dust collection and UAS SMOG-HOG® mist collection products to better serve the complete industrial filtration needs of our customers.

Unlike traditional baghouses, the UAS MIB series was engineered from the ground up as a modular filtration system enabling customisation where necessary to address specific dust collection needs. This includes anything from specialised hopper configurations, dirty air inlets, industrial blowers, system controls, emissions monitoring and safety devices to the filtration technology selected to optimise the performance of the dust collection system. Clarcor Industrial Air application engineers work with customers through every step of the design process to ensure the UAS MIB is engineered to achieve the operational requirements of the customers’ process, a perfect solution. Plus the UAS Modular Industrial Baghouse can be expanded in three dimensions to allow for increasing filtration needs.

Clarcor Industrial Air focuses on solving the most challenging baghouse applications in the field. This field application experience has gone into every detail involved in the design, operation and service of the MIB. Corinne Fields, Director of Technical Services explains, “The new UAS MIB is a direct result of over half a century of technical expertise and field experience from both the UAS and BHA brands combining best in class filtration technology, manufacturing quality and superior design in creating a product customers will find very practical, and most importantly, effective.”
