Santasalo wins ‘Most On Time Delivery’ award
Gear manufacturer Santasalo was presented with the award for ‘Most On Time Delivery’ at the Valmet Supplier Day in Helsinki, Finland, this month. Santasalo was recognised for its communication, cooperation across all continents, and for its willingness to develop operations such as product transfer to China manufacturing.
The event, which included 100 attendees from 64 companies worldwide, focused on highlighting Valmet’s partnerships with suppliers and on providing updates on the company’s current business and future goals.
“We at Santasalo have worked hard to achieve this award. Our dedicated workforce were the biggest contributor to this success with a good understanding of our customer’s needs. We continue to work closely with Valmet and ensure ongoing improvements to meet the customer’s requirements,” said Pasi Jokela, Senior Vice President of Santasalo Finland and Global Capital Sales.
