On this month's cover: Williams vertical roller mills are used for grinding and drying minerals and coal for the cement, minerals, and power industries. On the cover are two 90 in. (3.5 m) roller mills for grinding limestone to minus 325 mesh (40 µm). Features include externally- driven high efficiency turbine classifiers, external independant gear drives, and the ability to produce products from 3 mm to 40 µm and finer. Continuous product improvement and development for over 135 years has kept Williams in the forefront of roller mill technology.
