UltraTech Cement, the largest manufacturer of grey cement, white cement and ready-mix concrete in India, has been recognised amongst ‘India’s 30 Best Workplaces in Manufacturing – 2021’ by Great Place To Work® Institute.
UltraTech won this recognition in the first year of its participation. The company was also recognised among the Top 100 'India's Best Companies to Work For 2020' by Great Place To Work Institute.
The ‘India’s 30 Best Workplaces in Manufacturing – 2021’ recognition endorses the company’s 'High-Trust, High-Performance' organisational culture. It is a comprehensive framework encompassing the overall employee experience ecosystem.
