Star Cement Ltd. has chosen KHD to upgrade its 70 tph ball mill in Meghalaya.

KHD will supply a RP7-170/90 roller press and a SKS VC 3000 separator. This will increase the grinding capacity of the current ball mill by more than 100%, guaranteeing a production capacity of 150 tph.

The upgraded system will be commissioned by 31 March 2017 and offers Star Cement an energy-efficient economical solution to more than double its grinding capacity.
