Chryso Group makes acquisitions

On 18 November the Chryso Group enhanced its decorative concrete offering by acquiring Moderne Methode and Beton Academy.
Created in 2003, Moderne Methode is a french leader with an international span on the decorative concrete market for Applicators.
Moderne Methode’s decorative concrete offering includes stamped, polished and micro-topping concrete, millimetric coatings with different features such as stabilised-sand, granite, marble and metallised effect, along with resins and stampable overlays.
Beton Academy comprises 11 training centers for decorative concrete applicators. It is approved and ISO 9001 certified.
Through this acquisition Chryso can expand its offering and offer a large and effective range to the New Construction and Restoration markets. Chryso Group is strengthening its technical and sales force in France, and will extend the offer to its international subsidiaries.
