The Norwegian cement producer, Norcem, a part of HeidelbergCement Group, has released an animation explaining the process of carbon capture and storage at its Brevik cement plant in Norway.
The company has installed a full-scale carbon capture plants at the Brevik plant that is integrated into the production line. In includes a process to turn the CO2 into liquid, as well as storage facilities for use before shipping.
