Terex Construction has appointed Russell Group to its UK distributor network. The firm is based in Yorkshire and is expanding its product portfolio with the addition of the full Terex compound product range.
From July 2016, Russell Group will stock the latest Terex site dumper, backhoe loader and compaction roller models at its five dealerships located across Yorkshire, as well as providing access to OE spare parts and equipment maintenance services.
Russell Group has partnered with Terex due to the manufacturer’s reputation for reliability and close distributor relationships. It was important for Russell Group to work with a reputable brand, as it prides itself on its customer service and needs to maintain the high standard for which it is well-known.
Paul Russell, CEO, commented: “Russell Group is widely renowned for delivering exceptional customer service and unparalleled product knowledge. Joining the Terex distributor network will help to expand our equipment offering and provide a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art construction equipment for companies operating across Yorkshire.
“As well as offering the latest Terex compact products, we will also be stocking a large range of parts and providing 24/7 breakdown support to customers. We’re delighted that Terex will work closely with us to deliver these services.”
Paul Macpherson, Sales and Marketing Director at Terex Construction’s Coventry facility, added: “Russell Group has a strong reputation for providing exceptional service – one of the key characteristics that we look for in distributors for the Terex brand. We’re very much looking forward to working with the team and expanding the UK reach of our equipment.”
