The new general director of JSC Ulyanovskcement has been announced as Alex Chukmarev.
In 1997 he graduated from the Belgorod State Technological Academy of Building Materials as a chemical engineer-technologist. In 1999 he took a job at Troitsky iodine plant, three years later moved to the position of chief technologist of Topkinsky cement.
In 2008 he joined the Eurocement Group. He became First Deputy Technical Director of Lipetskcement, then Akhangarancement. Since 2013 he has headed the Savinskiy Cement plant.
