Eurocement gives a start to young employees
As part of the program ‘Generation E’, the Voronezh branch of the Eurocement Group held its annual company-wide meeting ‘EVROstart’. The meeting brought together graduates of higher and secondary special educational institutions.
The ‘Generation E’ is aimed at attracting, retaining and developing young professionals in the business.
The event is intended to create an image of the ‘Eurocement Group’ as a high-tech, rapidly growing company in the eyes of new employees.
Participants in the day not only received unique information on the key stages of cement production by the dry method, but also saw the full-scale production during the factory tour.
Young employees also had to perform tasks, connected with each of the process stages that make up a complete production cycle of cement. All tasks could only be achieved through joint efforts.
