Supervisory Board extends mandate of Dr Dominik von Achten as Chairman of the Managing Board of Heidelberg Materials

In its meeting on 20 March 2024, the Supervisory Board of Heidelberg Materials AG extended the mandate of the Chairman of the Managing Board Dr Dominik von Achten, which expires at the end of January 2025, by three years until 31 January 2028.
Dr Dominik von Achten has held the position of Chairman of the Managing Board since February 2020 and has led the company very successfully in challenging times. He has played a decisive role in expanding Heidelberg Materials’ global pioneering role in the decarbonisation and digitalisation of the building materials industry in combination with the company's very convincing financial performance.

Dr Dominik von Achten has been a member of the Managing Board since 2007, Deputy Chairman of the Managing Board since 2015, and Chairman of the Managing Board of Heidelberg Materials since 2020.
