World Cement,
Christian Pfeiffer is setting up a complete grinding plant for the production of cement for Spenner, a building materials manufacturer in Westphalia.
This is an EPC project for which Christian Pfeiffer will supply a grinding plant, including the associated building structure, material support, raw material storage, and subsequent commissioning and training.
Spenner’s ball mill (Ø4.4 m x 14 m) and its cross-flow rotating cage separator QDK 187-Z for optimised cement production are at the heart of its main site. Filter systems, a bucket elevator, fans, chutes, samplers, reject transport, and additional silos for additives are also included. Christian Pfeiffer supplies all components, meaning that they are optimally matched to each other, resulting in a highly efficient grinding plant.
In addition to plant design, Christian Pfeiffer process experts also carry out steel and concrete construction planning, the planning of electrical switchgears, and commissioning. This includes performance test procedures and staff training onsite.
