ITV News are reporting on the ambitious plans that have been unveiled to redevelop a derelict cement works on the South Downs in Sussex.
The large quarry near Shoreham closed 25 years ago, but still dominates the landscape.
A group called the 'South Down Project' now want to build over 2000 homes and businesses on the site, at a cost of £1.3 billion pounds.
