World Cement,
After decades of working in partnership to develop a combination of materials to produce a fibre cement sheet called Eurosix, Briarwood Products has acquired Italian manufacturer Landini, including its entire production facility in Fabbrico, Italy and its 140 staff.
The product range of Briarwood and Landini SPA provides roofing solutions, chimney systems, rainwater treatment and building products.
The merger will see the brand remain as Briarwood in the UK and Ireland but be rebranded Landini Briarwood overseas.
