The travelling exhibition, ‘The greatest inventions of the ancient Greeks’ of the Museum of Ancient Greek Technology ‘Kostas Kotsanas’, was recently hosted by Titan Cement’s plant in Nea Efkarpia, Thessaloniki, and was visited by more than 11 000 people.
“Our ambition is to explore more opportunities in the future that will allow us to establish a programme of cultural activities at the Nea Efkarpia plant, highlighting its contribution as a living cell of the local society”, said Michalis Barboutis, Titan Plant Manager.
Many of the visitors were students and teachers from across primary and secondary schools in Thessaloniki and also from Central Macedonia.
