Appointments to KHD Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board of KHD Humboldt Wedag International, Cologne, has appointed Mr. Tao Xing as an additional member of KHD’s Management Board for a term of three years. He will play a crucial role in enhancing and growing KHD’s business in China, Asia-Pacific and the Americas.
Mr. Tao Xing is a recognised expert and reputable leader in the cement industry, with more than 30 years experience. He will focus on better utilising the wide spectrum of engineering and production capabilities in China for the benefit of KHD. Mr. Tao Xing served as a member of KHD’s Supervisory Board from the end of Junw 2015 to December 2015.
KHD’s Supervisory Board also re-appointed Yizhen ‘Mario’ Zhu as member of the Management Board for another three years. Mr. Zhu plays a pivotal role in the AVIC-KHD partnership and has been based in Cologne since 2011.
Both appointments are effective as of 1 January 2016.
